Shawnee Health’s location in Murphysboro, Illinois offers an integrated primary & behavioral health model and comprehensive family medicine services.

• Family medical care for all ages

Highly interested in providing family oriented primary care to patients from infant to older age. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy/maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records. Support the mission and values of Shawnee Health.

• State of Illinois Physician & Surgeon License (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
• Board Certified Family Medicine
• Current State of Illinois, controlled substance, and Federal DEA licensure

Standard benefits for physicians, dentists, and midlevel practitioners include:

• 280 hours for full time practitioners per fiscal year (vacations, holidays, sick leave, etc.). Unused leave can be carried forward or cashed.
• Productivity incentives based on negotiated contractual terms related to net collections and/or total encounters.
• Merit bonus based on negotiated criteria.
• Annual CE allocation.

Pay Range: $195,000–$225,000. The listed salary range reflects average compensation based on experience.
