At Odulair, you'll manage the movement of materials efficiently and accurately to support our production teams and ensure that our mobile clinics are built and delivered on time.

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor or their designee and is located outside of Nashville, TN. Collaborates with procurement, production, and logistics teams to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record shipments of raw materials and components to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Safely and efficiently move materials to production areas as required to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP systems to reflect current stock levels.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to resolve material shortages and delivery issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Follow all safety regulations and best practices for handling and storage of materials.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or their designee.

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Materials Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar role.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems for inventory tracking.
  • A can-do, positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.

Equipment and Applications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Work Environment Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
  • Work environment includes exposure to warehouse and manufacturing settings.
  • Compliance with Odulair's Health and Safety Policy and all relevant safety regulations is mandatory.
