Body Technician; Rate

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins, realign chassis, and replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Repair glass, windshields, interior parts, and weld parts as needed.
• Prep and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or an agreed‑upon equivalent.
• Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

• Read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Work with other repairers in an auto body shop.
• Understand methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
• Use trade tools effectively.

• Work safely in a noisy area with many odors.
• Lift up to 30 pounds at times.
• Visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions.
• Bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.

$75,000+ annually depending on flagged hours per week
