THE TYPE OF COMMERCIAL ROOFING TEAM MEMBER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Comfortable working at heights and in a variety of weather conditions
• Equipped with basic hand tools and safety gear (some PPE provided)
• Willing and able to travel up to 100% of the time
• Prepared to relocate to Murfreesboro, TN before your start date

No prior roofing experience required! If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A COMMERCIAL ROOFING TEAM MEMBER

As a Commercial Roofing Team Member, you start your day by meeting with your crew, reviewing the day's plan, and loading materials for the jobsite. Once you arrive, you help install, repair, and maintain flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems, working with sheet metal and TPO under the guidance of experienced roofers. Throughout the day, you carry and stage materials, operate hand tools, and help keep the jobsite clean and organized.

You learn to read basic blueprints, follow project specifications, and apply sealants, fasteners, and flashing to ensure each roof is watertight and built to last. All the while, you're supporting team safety efforts and contributing to a professional, safety-focused work environment.

This commercial roofing role offers steady, full-time, year-round work with consistent hours. You primarily work day shifts, with some evening and night options available. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required, giving you opportunities to increase your earnings.
