We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Parker Construction Co. in the Greater Nashville Area. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, and driving new business development. You will also play a key role in understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our internal teams to meet project goals and exceed expectations.

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and effectively communicating the value of products and services
• Proven ability in Relationship Building and fostering lasting connections with clients
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs effectively
• Experience in New Business Development, identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow the business
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the construction industry and related terminology is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is beneficial
