- Greet customers and meet them wherever they may be on their car buying journey.
- Demonstrate vehicles, explaining features and benefits of each.
- Address any customer questions and concerns
- Call internet leads promptly and with a clear intent to assist
- Present financing options and assist with paperwork.
- Complete sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure a quality experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle models, features, and specifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new vehicle releases.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Sales
Experience:
1 year (Preferred) - Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required) clean driving record
