Compensation

Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional Compensation:
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Premia: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
