The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work status and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, store measurements, and inventory counts accurately and promptly.
• Handling price changes, signage installation, and merchandise assembly.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
• Providing peak coverage as needed and performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution abilities.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete tasks.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Hard surfaces and adequate lighting and temperature indoors and outdoors.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Commitment to safety and productivity standards.

• Ability to move, lift, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle contact with poultry.
