SALES ASSOCIATE – Part-Time

We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hardworking part-time sales associates! The Sales Associate's primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store productivity and profitability. This involves providing product recommendations, solutions, and serving as a role model for retail best practices. The focus is on sales, service, and relationship-building.

Additional duties include inventory management, conducting product displays, stocking, housekeeping, and assisting with stockroom tasks as assigned. The Sales Associate works closely with the store team and reports directly to the Store Manager.

Required Qualifications

• If under 18, must meet work permit requirements.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.

• Customer-focused with strong selling skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Adaptability and responsiveness to feedback.
• Proficiency with computers and technology.
• Willingness to learn the business.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to work in various environments and handle physical tasks.
• Good communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position, typically 6-20 hours per week, up to 28 hours on average.
