Landscaping Services, Inc. (LSI) is seeking team-oriented, motivated, and dependable employees who are looking to grow their career in the landscaping industry. LSI is a national award-winning, second-generation family-owned and operated grounds management firm headquartered in Nashville, TN since 1988.

• Supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew, ensure crew members have required safety materials, training, and tools, and confirm safe operation at all times.
• Review and manage time sheets.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report weekly before dispatch at the beginning of the week.
• Coordinate with account managers, supervisors, customers, and employees as needed.
• Use landscaping tools and operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs, adhere to the Company’s safety policy, and ensure public safety around crews.
• Cut lawns using various size power mowers.
• Trim/edge along walkways, driveways, and curves.
• Clean up areas after trimming using leaf blowers.
• Pick up trash on properties.
• Leaf removal and assist with trimming bushes and cleanup.

• At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

• Must have at least 1 year or more of commercial landscape experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 70 lbs.
