Wound Care Nurse LPN​/RN

Overview

The Health Center at Adams Place is hiring for a full-time Wound Care Nurse to join our team. The qualified nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies and injuries, ensure optimum patient care delivery in wound care nursing procedures, provide education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections, and coordinate care with other health professionals. Some on-call responsibility is included.

• Assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries

• On-call as required

• Must be a team player
• Wound Care Certified Nurse preferred but not required
• Tennessee LPN or RN License
