Summary
We are currently hiring for the position of Regional IC Manager for the Greater Georgia Area. This position is responsible for leading multiple infusion centers to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of infusion therapy to patients suffering from chronic diseases and acute medical illnesses.
- Provide oversight of Daily operations and Clinical Infusion Centers Staff;
Manage staff performance and scheduling for all Infusion Center locations - Assure the quality of patient care delivered and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments as needed
- Collaborate with Twelve Stone Medical director and supporting clinical staff to create the best practice policies and procedures (Ex. Protocols to manage adverse reactions, etc.)
- Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization and participate in scheduled Clinical Oversight Committee, Quality Assurance, and Profit & Loss meetings and maintain good relationships with referral sources and prescribers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: Graduate from an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program/BSN required. Master’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred. Must have a current, unrestricted board certification to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of Tennessee or degree from accredited Physician Assistant school with active license in the state of Tennessee. Must hold an active, state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
ExperienceExperience: 3 years of experience as a practicing MSN required (Infusion Ctr, Oncology, ICU and/or ER setting preferred) along with minimum 2 years’ experience managing a clinical staff.
- BLS through the American Heart Association (ACLS Certification preferred), Active American Heart Association CPR certification
