OverviewMurfreesboro Medical Clinic & Surgi Center (MMC) is a physician‑owned, multi‑specialty clinic with 20+ specialties. We are currently seeking two full‑time CRNAs to join our free‑standing, outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Murfreesboro, TN.
Position Highlights- Starting Salary: $190,000
- 4 ten‑hour shifts: no nights, weekend, or on‑call responsibilities; new graduates welcome
- 6 weeks of PTO, 8 paid holidays (including Christmas Eve & the Friday after Thanksgiving)

GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Plastics, & Podiatry
Primary Responsibilities- Perform pre‑anesthesia evaluations and create individualized care plans.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia as needed.
- Monitor and adjust anesthesia during procedures.
- Complete invasive tasks such as IV starts and anesthesia‑specific procedures.
- Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment, medications, and supplies.
- Document assessments, interventions, and intraoperative monitoring accurately.
- Educate patients and families on anesthesia and perioperative expectations.
- Collaborate with surgical teams and manage emergencies per protocol.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an accredited nurse anesthesia program (required).
- Current Tennessee RN license and APN certification (required).
- Current certification through NBCRNA (required).
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of CRNA experience preferred.
- Expertise in anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring.
- Skilled in assessing patient health and managing intraoperative changes.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
- Efficient in fast‑paced surgical settings.
- Proficient in EMR documentation and basic computer applications.
- Clinical setting with frequent patient and staff interaction.
- Regular engagement with others; occasional interruptions.
- Exposure to typical medical practice conditions, including equipment, bodily fluids, and communicable diseases.
- Physical demands: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, assisting patients, and prolonged sitting.
- Occasional stress from multiple responsibilities and competing priorities.
