Position Overview

Nurse Practitioner – Murfreesboro, TN (Assist in other clinics as needed)

• Provide patient‑centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians
• Assess both immediate and long‑term patient care needs
• Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root‑cause solutions
• Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories
• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health
• Assist with in‑office procedures, as needed
• Work 3 days a week (24 hrs) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Work in our Murfreesboro clinic and assist in Franklin and South Nashville clinics, as needed

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care
• Current TN licensure
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities
• Interest in ENT services and procedures
• Minimum of 3 years prior PA/NP experience
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Part‑time

Salary: $60,000–$72,000 annually (part‑time)
