Barrett Firearms Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented welder to join our team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication work on firearm components and related assemblies in a precision-driven environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in craftsmanship, maintain strict quality standards, and thrive in a team-focused production setting.

• Spot welding, grinding, and stamping on parts, sub-assemblies, and components in accordance with engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Execute precise spot welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct and document in-process inspections to verify conformance to specifications and identify any nonconformities.
• Utilize a variety of precision measuring instruments and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality control.
• Support production operations by completing additional duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor or management.

You are a skilled welder who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and producing high-quality work. You understand the importance of following specifications, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring every weld meets exact standards. Safety, consistency, and attention to detail are second nature to you.

• High school diploma required.
• Technical degree and welding certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
