** Second Shift – Monday through Thursday*
* ** Four 10-hour shifts: 4:30pm – 3:00am**###

Job Summary:

Positions within fabrication are responsible for checking job sheets and setting up machines for operations. Set-ups include but are not limited to brake presses and lasers to cut, shape, form, and bend metal into specified dimensions and angles.### Your Impact:
* Read job orders and/or blueprints for specifications such as material type, stock size, and dimensions
* Operate a variety of machines and equipment
* Load and unload materials into machines and equipment
* Obtain and transfer stock to machines, operating a forklift when necessary
* Start machines and observe operations
* Measure work for conformance to specifications
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
* Maintain a positive working attitude and environment
* Mentor and train new team members to set them up for success
* Follow designated procedures for preventative and scheduled machine maintenance
* Sort and tag parts for routing
* Perform quality inspections of products
* Regular attendance required###

Minimum Qualifications:

* 6 months or more of experience working in a manufacturing environment

* Previous experience operating fabrication machines
* Experience using measuring devices including tape measures, height gauges, calipers, and protractors
* Experience using various small and pneumatic hand tools
