Our client is seeking a skilled Repair Technician who enjoys diagnosing and repairing complex electronics at the component level. This role focuses on advanced board‑level repair and rework of enterprise server hardware
, including high‑density SMT components, memory modules, and power‑management circuits. You’ll work with sophisticated repair equipment, collaborate with engineering teams, and play a key role in improving repair processes and product reliability.

• Perform advanced board‑level repair on PCBA assemblies
• Replace and rework SMT components including memory and power devices
• Use rework stations, X‑ray inspection, and thermal profiling tools
• Diagnose failures and support root‑cause analysis
• Maintain repair logs and track failure patterns and yield data
• Verify board functionality using electronic test equipment
• Follow strict ESD and quality standards

• 2+ years of board‑level electronics repair experience
• Strong experience with SMT rework and BGA replacement
• Experience repairing servers, storage, or networking hardware preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics and PCB layouts
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Work Model:
Onsite

Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: $23-$25
