Sage X3 Techno-Functional Consultant – Order to Cash (O2C)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Working Hours: CST
We are seeking a highly skilled Sage X3 Techno-Functional Consultant with strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience to support, enhance, and optimize business processes for our ERP environment.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands‑on Sage X3 experience
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Prior experience supporting Manufacturing and/or Packaging environments
- Experience participating in or supporting migration from Mainframe / Legacy systems
- Deep understanding of:
- Inventory & logistics
- Invoicing & Accounts Receivable
- Credit management and payment terms
- Proven techno-functional capability (configuration + business process knowledge)
- Experience working onsite with business users
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain ERP concepts in simple, non-technical language
- Experience building custom reports using Crystal Reports and/or Power BI
- Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments
- Exposure to Sage X3 scripting or custom workflows
- Experience with ERP upgrades, rollouts, or process optimization initiatives
- Prior experience in a client-facing or internal ERP support role
- 100% onsite in Murfreesboro, TN
- Willingness to work closely with business teams daily
