Your Role

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Tru Path, you will:

• Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Deliver services onsite, via telehealth, or hybrid
• Practice independently within your licensure
• Integrate faith‑rooted care when appropriate and aligned with client preference
• Engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and clinical depth
• Contribute to a culture of dignity, excellence, and restoration

Qualifications

Required

• Independent licensure in Tennessee as one of the following: LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCPT, LCSW, LADAC II
• Comfort ethically integrating faith‑rooted care when appropriate
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Must carry active professional liability insurance
• Commitment to ethical, client‑centered, faith‑honoring practice

Preferred

• EMDR trained or certified
• Experience with cognitive, somatic, attachment‑based, or integrative modalities

Compensation

$75–$124 per clinical hour (50–75% split, depending on status and experience)
