This is a full-time on-site role based in Murfreesboro, TN, for a Certified Nursing Associate (CNA). The CNA will provide hands-on care and assistance to clients, including help with personal hygiene, mobility support, meals, and medication management. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring clients  health conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, and offering companionship and emotional support as needed. The CNA will work closely with family members and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that promotes the dignity and comfort of each client.

• Proficiency in personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Skill in monitoring basic health indicators, including vital signs and condition changes
• Experience in providing emotional support, companionship, and engaging seniors in meaningful activities
• Ability to assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary needs are met
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with families, clients, and healthcare teams
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and relevant state credentials
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in caregiving, especially in home care, is preferred but not required
