Licensed Massage Therapist

As You Are Therapy is a boutique, private-pay mental health group practice based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with an additional presence in California. Founded by Dr. Nicole Bryant, our practice specializes in trauma, relationships, and perinatal mental health. We serve youth (ages 6+), adults, veterans, couples, and perinatal women- many of whom are high-achieving individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and burnout.

We are seeking a
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)who values nervous system regulation, body-based healing, and trauma-informed care to join our collaborative wellness team. This role is ideal for a massage therapist who wants to work alongside mental health clinicians in a calm, thoughtfully designed environment and support clients seeking deeper restoration and regulation.

You will provide therapeutic massage services to private-pay clients, many of whom are engaged in trauma therapy, perinatal care, or stress-recovery work. Some clients have been requesting deep tissue, prenatal, buccal, and lympathic drainage. We do have clients already willing to book.

• Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• Experienced or interested in trauma-informed, nervous system–focused, or restorative bodywork
• Compassionate, grounded, and emotionally attuned
• Comfortable working with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, or perinatal transitions
• Aligned with a boutique, private-pay model of care
• Self-motivated and professional, with strong boundaries and communication skills
