B.E.S.T. Services Pay Range

Base pay: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Fall in love with a new career in Applied Behavior Analysis. Obtain your Registered Behavior Technician Certification in a supervised setting amongst your peers, not by yourself and on your own. Certification is free, 100% success rate, and you are paid to attend. Limited spaces are available. Either learn with us or bring your previously acquired skills to work with children diagnosed with the Autism Spectrum.

• Applying and maintaining all B.E.S.T. practices of ABA Therapy.
• Working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ensuring parental participation during sessions.
• Having a great attitude and loving working with small children.

• Reliable form of transportation.
• BLS certification.
• Must be able to walk, run, and play with small children.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs (child).
• Complete the RBT training process to become RBT certified.
