Seeking a Limited X-ray Machine Operator/Medical Assistant to provide patient care and support.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking vital signs, collecting lab specimens, performing EKGs, administering IM injections.
- Performing x-ray/imaging services per provider’s orders and updating patient charts.
- Collecting patient history and documenting in EHR.
- Applying splints, dressings, bandages, and assisting with check-in/out and chart audits.
- Maintaining activity records and keeping patients informed.
Requirements include:
- 1+ year clinical experience helpful.
- Experience with EHR systems beneficial.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or approved training (BOTP).
- State license as RT or LXMO/LMRT.
- Current AAMA certification preferred.
- Current BLS certification required within 30 days.
- Federal Breath Alcohol and Drug Screening Certifications within 3 months.
