Senior Financial Analyst
Up to $105,000 + 20% Bonus
We are partnering with one of our most trusted clients, a well‑established, highly respected organization, to identify an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data‑driven environment and wants to directly impact asset performance and strategic outcomes within the senior housing, multi‑unit family housing, or skilled nursing/healthcare sector.
This position can be fully remote for the right TN‑based candidate.

- Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead pro forma modeling, scenario analysis, and development of financial models
- Deliver meaningful insights during asset management reviews and portfolio performance discussions
- Help guide capital planning and operational decisions through data‑driven financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally within senior living, multifamily housing, skilled nursing, or related healthcare operations
- Advanced Excel expertise and experience with financial systems
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication ability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
