Up to $65,000 + 10% Bonus
Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their asset management team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to financial modeling, portfolio performance evaluation, and compliance reporting across an expanding investment portfolio. This role will be onsite in Rutherford County, TN. You MUST be a resident of Tennessee.

- Review and analyze financial statements
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, preparing variance analysis and performance trends
- Build and maintain pro forma models and three‑statement financial models to support covenant compliance and scenario planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience, especially in reviewing financial statements
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, GAAP basics, and how the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement interact
