Plant Controller

Are you passionate about driving financial performance and partnering with operations to achieve business goals? We’re seeking a Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting multiple manufacturing sites.

• Develop and maintain accounting policies and prepare reports outlining financial position (income, expenses, earnings).
• Partner with site managers to drive growth and improve margins.
• Prepare rolling forecasts and annual revisions for assigned sites.
• Oversee plant and customer-level P&L reporting and variance analysis.
• Track project and program costs, including R&D and engineering expenses.
• Recommend budget revisions based on changing business conditions.
• Provide financial insights to support operational objectives.
• Lead preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.
• Promote a cost-conscious culture aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
• Coordinate with corporate accounting on period-end close and finance operations.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Education: BS/BA in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
• Experience: 3–5 years in accounting (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and systems.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  
  Willingness to travel periodically to plant sites. (4 times/year)
