Position Description

Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives. This role partners with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve financial performance and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker with solid business acumen and a hands‑on approach.

  • Deliver in-depth financial analysis, including variance and trend analysis, to support executive decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and cash flow
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes through automation and system enhancements
  • Track and report financial and non-financial performance KPIs
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes with performance reporting and financial insights
  • Assist with board materials and investor-related data requests
  • Partner with IT and Business Analytics teams to ensure data integrity and improve report accuracy
  • Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned
WHAT you need to possess.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience preparing materials for executive audiences is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems (Plex preferred, but not required); familiarity with Power BI and Vena is a plus
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and key business drivers
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for turning data into decisions
