We are currently hiring a Junior Accountant at our Executive Office in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
The Junior Accountant provides a variety of accounting and finance related functions including but not limited to: recording daily financial transactions, creating journal entries, processing invoices, managing vendor information, reconciling bank accounts, balancing financial records, preparing financial statements and financial reports, supporting month end close activities, reviewing expenditures, maintaining budgets, ensuring adherence to company policies and financial regulations and other duties as assigned.
This position reports to the Assistant Director of Finance and will also work closely with facility Administrators and executive management.
Qualifications:- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Accounting ERP
- Sharp analytical and problem- solving abilities
- Great organizational and communication skills
Minimum - Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
