Primary Lead Guide

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Lead Guide to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs for children, ensuring their development and well-being through the Montessori teachings and Philosophy.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
• Assess individual child s needs and provide appropriate support and guidance
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child s progress and development
• Maintain accurate records of each child s attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and program policies

• Primary Montessori Lead Guide Certification is required
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching in a Montessori classroom setting
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Familiarity with child welfare guidelines and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with special needs is a plus

• Primary/Early Education Montessori Certification (Preferred)
