We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Montessori Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Montessori Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

• Provide support to the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Help with daily routines, including mealtime, naptime, and bathroom breaks
• Support students with special needs, including working with children on the autism spectrum
• Collaborate with the lead teacher in behavior management strategies
• Assist in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about student progress
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

• Must be 21 years of age
• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
• Previous experience in a Montessori teaching environment preferred, but not required
• willing to get a Montessori teaching assistant certification
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Have your Bachelors
