Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, including those with a focus on health, illness, and healthcare systems.
- Maintain an active research agenda with potential for external funding with a focus on health, illness, and healthcare systems.
- Advise and mentor students from varied social and economic backgrounds.
- Contribute to departmental, college, and university service.
A terminal degree in sociology is required by the appointment date.
Other DesirablesApplicants who can contribute to the department's focus on applied and practice-oriented sociology will receive special consideration.
