Construction Supervisor

Stones River Roofing is a family‑operated roofing contractor serving Middle Tennessee since 2019. We specialize in insurance restoration and retail roofing projects, with a strong reputation for quality work and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Construction Supervisor with whom we can deliver outstanding results on every project.

We are seeking a hands‑on Construction Supervisor to oversee daily roofing operations and build days. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that every roof replacement is executed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. You’ll work independently, managing job sites, coordinating with crews and subcontractors, and serving as the primary point of contact for on‑site execution. • Oversee all aspects of roof replacement projects from start to completion
• Supervise roofing crews and coordinate side trades (gutters, siding, etc.)
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
• Manage job site safety and maintain clean, professional work environments
• Conduct final walk‑throughs and quality checks before job completion
• Run to supply houses to pick up materials as needed
• Process returns and exchanges
• Coordinate material deliveries and job site logistics
• Maintain accurate inventory and material tracking

• Follow up with Project Managers on job status and any issues
• Communicate progress updates to ownership and project management team
• Address any on‑site problems or customer concerns promptly
• Document job progress and completion with photos

• Complete various office tasks as needed
• Track down information or materials for other departments
• Assist with general operational needs to support the team

• Minimum 1 year of construction or roofing experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Spanish speaking ability (helpful for crew communication but not required)
• Experience managing crews or subcontractors
• Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
• Familiarity with insurance restoration work
