Automotive Technician / Mechanic at Christian Brothers Automotive Murfreesboro – Memorial Blvd. We are a team-focused shop that values a positive, family-oriented environment and excellent guest experience. This role involves diagnosing drivability and under-car issues, making precise repairs, and contributing to a collaborative team with strong support from service advisors.

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests using knowledge and skills as an automotive technician
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

• 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• Excel at diagnostics and drive-ability problems
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication; customer-centric, team-oriented attitude
• Current driver’s license
