This role provides support across several areas of work for the President and CEO. The organization operates multiple restaurants, in addition to maintaining a public presence through podcast interviews, writing, and speaking engagements. The President and CEO is also a licensed attorney and Rule 31 mediator.
Because of the variety of responsibilities, this position blends elements of Executive Assistance, operations coordination, and general problem-solving.
Much of the work centers on organization, communication, and follow-through.
Responsibilities- Gathering information from restaurant managers
- Tracking reports and required forms
- Coordinating communication between the office and restaurant locations
- Organizing invoices and documentation
- Managing the executive calendar
- Assisting with podcast scheduling
- Reviewing and analyzing social media performance
- Coordinating shipments of books or materials
- Helping ensure projects stay on track when deadlines approach
Some days move quickly and require managing multiple priorities, while other days call for someone who can proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and help the office operate more efficiently.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., based in the Murfreesboro office.
Qualities and RequirementsThe most important qualities for this role are strong organizational skills, reliability, and close attention to detail and deadlines. The position also interacts with podcast and speaking work, which often involves faith-based topics, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in that environment.
