Job Details

The Contract Compliance Assistant supports the department by organizing, tracking, and maintaining contract documentation while ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual obligations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize subcontract agreements and related documentation for review
  • Manage contract‑related communications and route correspondence to appropriate teams
  • Track and maintain contract files and documentation records
  • Assist with multiple projects and administrative activities simultaneously
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, document management, copying, and mail distribution
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support contract compliance processes and departmental initiatives
  • Demonstrate professionalism and strong service orientation when working with internal teams
  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and skills
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and communication skills
  • Dependable, self‑motivated, and adaptable
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, paralegal training, or compliance‑related education preferred
  • Experience working with contracts, construction, or regulated environments preferred
