The purpose of the position is to provide oversight of the department equipment and supply function, including maintaining a perpetual inventory of material, equipment, supplies and other general stock items.

Essential Functions
  • Communicate with others in spoken and written English to ensure safe and efficient operations of the business.
  • Record purchases and maintain the database.
  • Performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock few count to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current tecnico inventory levels.
  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count stock and adjust errors in communication or count.
  • Investigate and report reasons for inventory discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
  • Receive, unpack, and deliver goods.
  • Restock items as necessary and label Entonces shelves.
  • Liaise with vendors and purchasing agents and prepare deliveries.
  • Perform other clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones and assisting customers.
  • Perform other work as assigned.
Physical Demands
  • Perform work that involves walking or standing most of the time.
  • Involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis and 50 pounds occasionally.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
  • Specialized vocational courses or training in advanced computer skills on multiple software programs is preferred.
  • PC-based software applications such as Microsoft Word/Excel experience required.
  • Must have two (2) or more years of prior administrative experience involving the recording and dissemination of information, property storage responsibilities, asset management or inventory control.
Special Certifications and Licenses
  • Driver’s License may be required.
