This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Smyrna, TN for an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, maintain fixed assets records, and manage journal entries. Responsibilities also include financial analysis, compliance with regulations, and providing support to financial and operational teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of the organization.

• Strong proficiency in the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Experience with Journal Entries and a solid understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge in Finance concepts and budgeting
• Experience managing Fixed Assets and related records
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
• Prior experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar leadership role
