Position: BILLING | TITLE CLERK

Duties and Responsibilities:

Verify all paperwork for completeness and accuracy

Breakdown, inspect and scan car deals to the centralized accounting office

Process temp liens

Call lenders for titles and lien releases as needed

Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers

Assist with title work

Assist with contracts and lienholder requests

Multiple duties and opportunity for cross training

Prepare weekly reports for Controller

Daily runs to clerk's office

General office duties

Other duties as assigned by Controller

Qualifications

Must have at least 1-year automotive office experience

Able to multi-task

Must be highly organized and able to prioritize

Excellent communication skills

Able to work closely with others
