• Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures
• Assist with preparation for audits and quarterly reporting requirements
• Strong analytical abilities to resolve complex issues and provide resolution to senior management
• Analyze current business workflows and productivity
• Strong communicator with established skills in accuracy, organization and working in a high-volume dynamic environment
• Team player willing to help on projects wherever needed and assist in training accounting staff
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
• Full cycle accounting experience
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple job duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• 2+ years of experience with public accounting or private experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Quick Books/Concur/ERP systems

• Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient with accounting software
• Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles

Starting pay will depend on various job-related factors, including education, experience, and training. This is a full-time, on-site position.
