Maintenance Manager

We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to our plant in Murcia, Spain.

To guarantee the correct functioning and conservation of the machinery and auxiliary installations, coordinating and supervising the activities of the maintenance team to ensure maximum availability and operational efficiency. To promote and encourage continuous improvement and innovation in our processes.

Implement corporate policies on safety, occupational health, quality and environment, ensuring compliance.

To draw up and manage the Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan
.

Analyse corrective actions to reduce their frequency and improve equipment reliability.

To supervise and optimise the reliability of the machinery.

Manage the stock of spare parts and ensure the reliability of the inventory.

Propose improvements and optimisations in the maintenance area.

Prepare and manage the annual maintenance and repair budget
.

Coordinate and supervise internal and external repairs working with strategic suppliers.

Ensure the continuous training of the staff in charge.

Prepare periodic reports on machine reliability, expenses and preventive maintenance.

Lead and coordinate the projects defined and assigned in your area.

Lead, motivate and develop the team under your responsibility.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the operations of your area are aligned with the general objectives of the company.

Detect and resolve internal conflicts, working with human resources to find appropriate solutions.

Education
:
Engineering or higher studies related to maintenance, or equivalent experience.

Experience
:
Minimum 5 years in positions of responsibility in suitable maintenance in industrial environments.

Languages
:
Spanish (native) Medium-high level of English (oral and written).

Computing
:
Advanced IT skills. Knowledge of CMMS systems as well as business intelligence and analysis tools.

Competences
:
Leadership, planning, results orientation, analytical and decision making skills. Knowledge of CMMS.
