We offer custom bath remodeling that enriches the lives of those we touch with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free. We are seeking Brand Ambassadors for our Merrillville, Indiana markets and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our product, and securing sales leads for our team.

Compensation: Hourly pay + volume bonuses based on quality appointments.
Estimated range: $15 - $27+ through uncapped bonuses on top of hourly pay. Room for advancement. Flexible schedule, and opportunities for extra hours.

• Staff booth at shows and events; attracting potential customers
• Set appointments for our sales department, and generate leads
• Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees
• Professionally and accurately represent

• Maintain a professional appearance throughout event
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth
• Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth
• Explain basic product features and benefits
• Secure entry forms or book in home sales appointments
• Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator

• Strong communications skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to stay engaged and resilient

• Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Available to work weekends
