• Responsible for aiding with all daily living activities as well as preventative, therapeutic, and restorative nursing procedures.
• Adheres to Safety and Infection Control Policies and Procedures.
• Communicates with residents and staff in an understandable, honest, and caring manner.
• Can safely perform all essential job functions.
• Maintains the resident unit and work area in a clean and safe manner. Performs additional tasks as required.

• CNA Certification must be current and in good standing with the Indiana Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Demonstrated compassion for seniors and their families.
• Desire and ability to work productively as part of a team to provide.
