A well-established behavioral health outpatient practice in Munster, IN is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to meet growing demand. This role focuses on psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and patient-focused psychiatrist, dedicated to clinical excellence and forming lasting relationships within the community. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team are essential.Position Details: Flexible, full-time schedule Weekday call rotation: 1:4 No evening or night call Tele-psychiatry coverage for evenings and weekends Average outpatient volume: 20 patients per day Supported by experienced clinical staff Collegial work environment with strong team collaboration Full continuum of behavioral health care availableQualifications: MD or DO degree Board Certification in Psychiatry and Neurology (Required) Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Required) Active Physician License in Indiana (or eligibility) BLS Certification American Heart Association (Required upon hire)Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package with income guarantee and performance incentives Generous recruitment package, including:
