Position Highlights Full-time, hospital-employed Plastic Surgery position Focus on Breast Reconstruction with access to general plastic and reconstructive cases Inpatient and outpatient surgical practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery Fellowship training in Breast Reconstruction required Supportive, team-based environment with APP and clinical staff support EPIC EMR utilized in all inpatient and outpatient settings (HIMSS Stage VII - top 5% nationally) Opportunity to design your practice around your clinical interests and expertise Located within a high-growth healthcare system expanding across Northwest Indiana Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive salary (Negotiable, MGMA-guideline based) RVU-based productivity and quality bonuses Comprehensive benefits package, including:
