Rush University Medical Center at Rush Munster, Munster, IN, is a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges. We seek a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team at Rush Munster, an established outpatient clinic serving the Northwest Indiana community.
Position DetailsOpened in early 2023, Rush Munster is a state‑of‑the‑art outpatient medical facility providing high‑quality health care closer to home for patients throughout the region. Our Primary Care team enjoys:

- Comprehensive on‑site diagnostic services including:
- Advanced imaging capabilities
- Stress echocardiograms
- Ultrasound services
- Walk‑in X‑ray
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board‑eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- Valid IN medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay Range: $257,000 - $322,000
Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits and incentive programs. The total pay range is for a full‑time, 1.0 FTE employee and includes any incentive payments applicable to this role, such as sign‑on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation exist based on exceeding productivity targets. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package.
