Primary Care – Clinical Faculty Physician

Rush University Medical Center at Rush Munster, Munster, IN, is a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges. We seek a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team at Rush Munster, an established outpatient clinic serving the Northwest Indiana community.

Opened in early 2023, Rush Munster is a state‑of‑the‑art outpatient medical facility providing high‑quality health care closer to home for patients throughout the region. Our Primary Care team enjoys:

  • Advanced imaging capabilities

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board‑eligible or certified in Family Medicine
• Valid IN medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $257,000 - $322,000

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits and incentive programs. The total pay range is for a full‑time, 1.0 FTE employee and includes any incentive payments applicable to this role, such as sign‑on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.
