James Martin Associates is seeking seasonal Snow Plow CDL drivers.
- CDL Class B license with a clean driving record is required
- Snowplowing experience
- Must have the ability to operate snow plow trucks with plows and salt spreaders
- Must be able to perform difficult physical labor
- Have the ability to work under extreme weather conditions
- Have the ability to work overtime as required
- All duties must be performed in accordance with established safe work practices
- Hours are as-needed as it relates to winter conditions, which may include evening and weekend hours.
The employment dates are December 1, 2025 (or first snow fall) through March 31, 2026 (or last snow fall). This is a seasonal on-call position – not year-round.
