On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1912) role s position is part-time and On-Demand, with a flexible schedule that may vary based on store needs.

Starting hourly rate is $16.75 USD per hour. Pay range is $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs; stay knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests; deliver accurate and easy service while following safety and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support guest services and cash handling processes; assist with cash office operations as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards; uphold a culture of ethical conduct and compliance.
• Adhere to on-demand scheduling expectations and respond to shift opportunities through the myTime app. If selected, attend a Welcome orientation and participate in training.

• Capable of handling cash register operations and supporting cash office tasks as needed.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise; lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on role (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Must be able to stay mobile for scheduled shift duration and be flexible with shifts to meet store needs.
