Customer Service Associate role at Driven Car Wash. Driven Car Wash is an emerging express car wash operator with a growing presence in the Chicagoland area, focused on leadership, innovation, and expertise. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales/Customer Service Associate to help grow our membership base. Training, hands-on experience, and career development opportunities are provided.

• Greet and assist customers through the car wash process with a smile and positive attitude
• Inform customers about promotions, sales, and membership options
• Promote a safety-conscious culture and safe working environment
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through attentive service
• Participate in facility, equipment, and property upkeep
• Go above and beyond to help both customers and colleagues
• Weekend availability and schedule flexibility required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done
• Customer service experience preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

• Frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday
• Use of hands, reaching with hands and arms, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and kneeling
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs

• Work is primarily outdoors in a typical car wash environment
• Must perform job duties safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Must adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols

• Starting base pay of $16 per hour
• Commissions on individual sales
