The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and engaging to solve their needs.
• Inform guests of current promos, store activities and events; stay knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with applications or sign-ups as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet; be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering, and direct guests to enroll and use these features.
• Handle returns following policy prompts; collaborate with leaders as needed to resolve guest issues.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up orders and returns with compliance to applicable laws and store procedures.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Attention to detail while prioritizing tasks; ability to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently and with a team.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks within time frames.
• Accurately handle checkout operations and cash office support as needed; flexibility for a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
