• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and provide a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over tasks.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, merchandising, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to maintain and update salesfloor merchandise displays and organized backroom space.
• Identify and manage damaged, recalled, or expired items according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local adult beverage laws as applicable.
• Use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with compliance to laws.
• Greet guests and assist them to meet their needs, creating a welcoming experience.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds; able to work in varied temperatures (34°F to
  -10°F) and in environments with allergens.
• Flexible schedule with reliability and prompt attendance.
